Terms and Conditions

• Product Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Riya Enterprises. We reserve the right to refuse any order or part thereof without providing any explanation

• Pricing: Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges.

• Payment Terms: Payment for products must be made in full at the time of placing the order, unless credit terms have been agreed upon in advance. Riya Enterprises accepts payment via bank transfer, cheque, or online payment gateway as specified.

• Shipping and Delivery: Delivery dates provided by Riya Enterprises are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Riya Enterprises shall not be liable for any delays in delivery. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise specified.

• Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are subject to Riya Enterprises' discretion. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Warranty: Riya Enterprises warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at Riya Enterprises' discretion.

• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Riya Enterprises be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the products or services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Riya Enterprises' liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the products or services in question.

• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the products, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Riya Enterprises. The customer agrees not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any products or related materials without prior written consent from Riya Enterprises.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

• Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms and conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By placing an order with Riya Enterprises, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Riya Enterprises reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
