Returns

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  3. Return Process:

    • Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

  4. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.

Refunds

    • We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records.

    • Once the damaged or defective item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a replacement item will be sent if available, or a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  3. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • If the refund is still not processed, please contact your bank or credit card company. There may be processing time before a refund is posted.
